The Super Bowl this year was the 50th Super Bowl to be played in the history of the NFL. Having played in a Super Bowl, Lester Williams has been awarded a golden football and a plaque to commemorate his contribution to the NFL. A commemorative was sent to Lester's high school.
Lester was inducted into the University of Miami Hall of Fame, and he still holds the record for the most single tackles by a defensive lineman in the prestigious University of Miami football program.
Lester was drafted by the New England Patriots where he spent most of his professional football career.
As a dedicated member of Grace Worship Center, Lester serves as an outstanding mentor for young athletes.
